CNC Turning
Omega Manufacturing makes custom precision parts and prototypes using our 5 CNC Turning Centers.
We are able to hold tolerances to within 0.0005” diameter, maximum work envelope of 21” diameter x 32” long.
We can turn aluminum, carbon steel, stainless steel, titanium, super alloys, plastics such as Delrin, Peek, Urethane, UHMW.
We are proficient at hard turning.
We use Bar-fed CNC turning, with live tooling, for parts 1 5/8” diameter or smaller. This is ideal for running higher volume production components.
